Mental health is physical health. We all have to manage stress, disappointment, grief, anger, worry and more. The mental fitness (MF) classes provide tools to cope with life’s challenges. Group Classes

These are power packed, fun, & high energy workouts incorporating strength, cardio, flexibility, and power. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, and expert guidance with a well-seasoned fitness coach to reach your personal fitness goals.

Pop Up Classes
are high energy and spirited workouts that pop up throughout the year to add variety and fun to your usual workout regime.  These classes are for as many people as we can fit!

Barre Fitness

Awesome leg sculpting at the fitness barre.  We also incorporate upper body and core training on the mat. 


Full Body Workout 
A power packed full body workout incorporating TRX, weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, functional training, core and cardio conditioning.

Cardio Dance
A high energy dance workout where each song has its own routine. Dance to reggae, hip hop, pop and Latin music in this sweaty workout that makes everyone smile while burning calories. 

A deep stretch and tone workout using your own body weight.  Paying mindful attention to perfect form and postural alignment when executing full range of motion through dynamic flexibility and toning.  The class ends with a body scan meditation.  This workout is good for all fitness levels.
